- KYWCOA is opposed to removing the ability of NWCOs in the state to take feral hogs year round. Currently nothing in state law prohibits NWCOs from taking wild hogs. The proposed Administrative Regulation at this meeting may potentially prohibit members from taking feral hogs. The KYWCOA Executive Director will use the public comment process to oppose this action.
